Hi Sandra, though we have not met yet, I know we will, so by way of introduction, I thought I would leave a comment on the BabyBlog.
I have a strong feeling that it's a girl for some reason, (but bear in mind that in the 80s, I predicted that Madonna would be a one-hit-wonder, and that Rap would never last).
Anyway, since I'm convinced it's a girl, Leah and I have taken the liberty to compile a list of names that we think would really suck for a girl.
This list is by no means complete, and I may add more in the future -- as a courtesy to you and EJ, of course.
So follows the list of girl names that suck:
Kendra McKenzie Maddison Britney Mariah Ashley Andrea (pronounced An-DRAY-a) Shi'neequa Harold

Sorry I have no constructive suggestions for GOOD names, but at least you can eliminate the above.
As your sister and a Jessica...I demand to know what is wrong with my name? Or is it just because I AM your sister and my name IS Jessica? In any case Sheila has to be out too! And Michael and David have to be out if it's a boy...just sayin'...it's gotta be fare for all of us Aunts and Uncles. :) LOVES to you and baby
In this case, my young sister, fair is fair, not fare as in paying a fare to get on a bus...
And, yes, your name is out, Isabella- out, Sheila- out.. Those names are duely noted and also added to the no name list.. Not necessarily sucky names, just big fat no's in my book.

Isabelle, not Isabella both are out! and Natalie is so out, you do not name your child the name of your pet (or food as the case may be) She was a great cow ! lol
Yes, my older sister, your neice's name is Isabelle not Isabella. I did the list this morning. I'll e-mail it over at lunch...Wow I had no idea I knew so much about babies....
I hope we meet soon. I'll broker it through EJ. If he is noncooperative I'll go direct to the source.
We are thrilled by your news. Both my grandmothers were named Mary, so its a start. Marie is a varient of Mary although her real name is Marianna, not to be confused with marinara.
More names for the no-no list: Charmaine Hollyhock Penelope Storm (or other weather phenomena) Vanna Jordan Marinara ( someone had to say it) Dagny ; )
